докеризировал приложение
намучался с кастомным таском от градла.
еще обнаружил странную проблему ,при создании задач и попытке создать записи acl вылетает ошибка:
PSQLException: ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction blockdb, причем исключения нет. задача создается.
Пока закомментировал этот кусок, задачи создаются нормально.
