Re-ran ArdsAndNorthDownCouncilTests and reproduced the failure (500) when fetching addresses.
Playwright manual check on the council bin collections page with postcode BT23 4JG returned: "Sorry there was an issue finding addresses for postcode BT23 4JG", and the page also shows a red notice saying they are currently experiencing problems with missed bin/bin calendar software.
