命名把 task/flow/model 都叫 PolyGNN，容易混淆。

新增根目录 testPolyGNN.py，测试文件位置不符合 tests/ 规范。
PolyGNNDataset 每次实例化都请求下载 PolyGNN.zip 并解压到 ./openhgnn/PolyGNN，没有缓存检查和数据目录约束。
