Summary

Adds the first BLCVoice v1 competitor-parity module as a stacked change on top of #68.

local Dictionary for canonical names/brands/technical terms and recognizer aliases
deterministic Replacements for recurring ASR mistakes
add/edit/delete/pause UI with search
local atomic text-rules.json persistence
apply rules before target insertion
persist post-processed text to local History
Turkish/UTF-8/emoji-safe boundary handling and regression tests
no cloud/backend dependency

This PR intentionally targets feat/linux-runtime-polish-ui; it should be retargeted to main after #68 lands.
