This policy ensures that the Microsoft Bot Manager rule set is enabled in all Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies attached to Application Gateway for Containers (AGC).
Added a description for the bot protection policy in the README.

Adds a new Azure Policy definition that audits Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies attached to Application Gateway for Containers (AGC) and flags any that don't have the Microsoft Bot Manager rule set enabled.
