- Apply ruff formatting across codebase
- Apply safe ruff lint auto-fixes (import sorting, type upgrades)
- Add per-file-ignores in pyproject.toml for pre-existing lint issues
- Update GitHub Actions to Node.js 24 compatible versions: actions/checkout v6, astral-sh/setup-uv v7, actions/upload-artifact v6
