Custom title bar doesn't work on macOS (15)

Problem description

No matter if it's enabled or disabled in the settings all I'm seeing is a blank title bar

I can't switch workbenches

Workbench affected?

Steps to reproduce

1. Open AstoCAD on mac
2. Be annoyed that the preference pack isn't loaded
3. Fish around the files in the package to find, add and apply it
4. Can't use AstoCAD because half the top bar is missing

Expected behavior

Either the custom title bar works, or it gets moved below the native title bar

Actual behavior

No title bar
