[Feature Request] Sketcher Text Enhancements

Problem description

Hello, new subscriber with some suggestions for additions to the new sketcher text tool:

• Add the ability to increase the kerning/spacing between letters.
• Add points to the text object to be able to use for constraints. These are already in place when you select vertical or horizontal constraints, but you only have one at a time. This is useful for centering/constraining text relative to the size of the text.

I often look to constrain text based on the origin lines, and I can do it using the one line that exists but would be helpful if there was one for both dimensions.

The problem is that 2 constrainable lines would be overconstraining the text. Unless the ratio of the text is not fixed. But this feature is not supported currently, text cannot be stretched.
Ability to change kerning would be nice. Actually probably full HTML support would be great. But current text to geometry kernel does not support this.
