Problem description
When adding a new dimension with the dimensioning tool, instead of selecting the whole number, only the digits before the comma are selected. This leads to the following behavior:
- meant to enter "42,42" but got "42,42,xyz" => AstoCAD immediately crashes
- meant to enter "42" but got "42.xyz" => now the measurement is "wrong" because its made up of the intended value plus the values after the comma that did not get selected and therefore overwritten.
Workbench affected?
Sketcher
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new sketch
- Create some geometry like a line
- Use the "Dimension" tool to dimension the geometry
Expected behavior
All digits should be selected so they are replaced on write
Screenshot from FreeCAD:
Actual behavior
Instead of the whole dimension, only the digits before the comma are selected.
