Adding reverse direction in Assembly Insert Fasteners and other improvements

Problem description

Love the new fastener insert in assembly. An improvement I suggest is to add a reverse direction since sometimes the parts are placed in the opposite direction (cf. video).

Furthermore, it would be nice to add two things. Coming from other CAD's my workflow is usually select a tool and then the geometry. Here, the geometries have to be selected in advance to work properly. It would be nice if both would work (select before or after) and show the selections in the dialog as well (e.g. for the joints both is possible). It is as well much easier, if the dialog is opened again to modify the selection. To do it in the "Property View" is usually tedious and quite hard for beginners.

Furthermore, it would be very nice if e.g. 5 screws are placed in one operation, that they are grouped in one item. After the operation is finished, it would be convenient to double click this item and open the dialog again with all the selected geometries and allow to add or remove geometries later on.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Fastener Workbench
2. Create part with hole
3. Open assembly workbench
4. Place fasteners on the opposite site of the holes.

Expected behavior

One fastener is placed inside the part and the direction of the joint has to be reversed. However, first the right joint has to be found, opened and reversed. Would be better to be able to reverse it directly in the dialog itself.

Some fasteners are placed incorrectly and it has to be modified in the joint dialog

The reverse is already added in my local branch and will be available in next build.
The other feature request seem valid. I'll check them out
