Multiple Protocols with the same Peptide are not stacking properly on the half-life calculations

What happened
I added two separate protocols for a peptide one for 1mg for 4 weeks and then another for 2 mg for 4 weeks these were setup to where one would end and the other would start. When looking at the half-life I had 2 separate ones lines on the half-life graph.

What you expected

While the application correctly identified that I had the same peptide in 2 protocols it didn't combine the half-life of both doses and show a single combined graph.

Steps to reproduce
Create 2 protocols for the same peptide such as Retatrutide and log doses for both protocols once back on the now page it will have 2 separate half-life graphs vs a single one with both in it.

This was resolved in my proposed fix with this issue: #4
With my proposed fix, you can add different protocols per weeks, by just adding weeks, i.e.: week 1 to 4, 2mg, week 5 to 6, 2.5 mg, etc.

@ArunNGun i propose the issue to be closed with reference to #4
