Extenders

• Knockout.Pausable: Pause subscriptions associated with observables
• Knockout.Snapshot: Take and restore snapshots of data contained in the observable
• Knockout.Dirtiable: Observables with automatic dirty flags
• Knockout.Protected: "Transaction" capabilities for observables, with the ability to "commit" data changes
• Knockout.Undoable: Provides an undo stack for observables
