Summary

GT25Q128EZ, GT25Q64EZ Data Sheet

GT25Q128EZ H_DS V1(2)(1)(3).pdf
GT25Q64EZ H_DS V1(2).pdf

I added the chip drivers for GT25Q128EZ and GT25Q64EZ in AP_Logger.
I have already tested them on the SPEDIX F405 hardware, and the tests showed no problems.

Description

I conducted a bench test on the GT25Q128EZ and GT25Q64EZ chips, wrote the modified firmware into motherboards equipped with the GT25Q128EZ and GT25Q64EZ, and carried out a startup test to check whether the flash memory logs had been written and whether they could be cleared.

I added the JEDEC IDs of GT25Q64EZ and GT25Q128EZ in lines 66 and 67, and lines 151 and 163 of the AP_Logger/AP_Logger_Flash_JEDEC.cpp file, respectively.

Added the JEDEC IDs for GT25Q64EZ and GT25Q128EZ at lines 626, 627 and 792, 803 in the AP_Filesystem_FlashMemory_LittleFS.cpp file

I will place the countertop test results and screenshots of the log readings in the comments section. Please scroll down to the comments to check them. Thank you for your time.
