Project management processes and developer guidelines.
These rules apply to:
- Lenny https://github.com/archivelabs/lenny
- Pyopds2 https://github.com/archivelabs/pyopds2 (and sub-libraries)
- Open Library OPDS https://github.com/archivelabs/opds.openlibrary.org
- Assignee to PR should not be author
- If a PR is not ready for review, please mark as draft
- Merger should be PR Assignee (i.e. the reviewer) or author upon receiving reviewer sign-off
- Lint and tests must pass prior to merge
