What happened?

I would like to report two issues I encountered while using Archigen.
- Error During Prompt Execution
The fifth prompt resulted in an error after consuming 35 credits.
Prompt:
"Apply an organic Voronoi perforated pattern over the roof shell, controlling irregularity of cell sizes, cell size, and smoothness of edges with attractor-controlled scaling."
The expected result was the generation of a Voronoi perforation pattern across the roof surface. Instead, the prompt failed and returned an error after using 35 credits.
Is there a fix for this error and would it be possible to refund the 35 credits since the prompt did not produce any output?
- High Credit Consumption
I also noticed that the credit consumption per prompt seems quite high.
We started with 200 credits and, after only five prompts, the remaining balance was 64 credits.
The credit usage for each prompt was:
Prompt 1: 24 credits
Prompt 2: 21 credits
Prompt 3: 24 credits
Prompt 4: 32 credits
Prompt 5 (failed): 35 credits
I have attached screenshots showing the prompts and their corresponding credit usage.
Could you please clarify whether this level of credit consumption is expected? It seems difficult to iterate on a parametric design workflow when each prompt consumes such a large number of credits.
