holy orders need to be set in the landed_titles files, no way to dynamically create them
decision that let's you create your holy order; includes choices how to initially guide them; works without any errors; is still missing loc; needs polishing; culturalgfx for holy orders not working, but not broken either;
I have 00_religions in this mod just as a testing placeholder; it has nothing to do with this mod and is used for a different mod, but I'm lazy and this is easier
