[Feature request] User Storage syntaxing #60

I'd like to be able to change how PySN stores the game updates from game serial + game name to game name + game serial. So what I am suggesting is a configuration option to change this either with a boolean or user defined characters in a syntax editor if in game there is more information the user wants such as Gameserial + Game name + min firmware version + Max update version number Max version update number would work by showing GT5 as 02.17 or gtav as 1.27 not by any other update number than the highest A0### value.

This would change the folder name in
PySN\Updates\PlayStation 3\
from BLUS31156 Grand Theft Auto V to user defined formatting
