Every target met: Nielsen 33/40, cognitive-load 0 hard fails, slop resistance 8/10, detector actionable 0 (2 false positives on SVG stroke-width). Report lives at docs/critiques/2026-04-18-critique-rerun.md and captures method, heuristic scores per item, persona red flags, priority issues (P2 header touch targets, P3 legal line-height, P3 Saturn keyboard nav, P3 DeFi row density on mobile), and what's working.
