GoReleaser refuses to run on a dirty tree, and the untracked release-notes.md in the repo root is exactly that: the v1.0.0 tag's first workflow run failed at 0s with 'git is in a dirty state' before publishing anything. Write to $RUNNER_TEMP instead.

GoReleaser refuses to run on a dirty tree, and the untracked release-notes.md in the repo root is exactly that: the v1.0.0 tag's first workflow run failed at 0s with `git is in a dirty state: ?? release-notes.md` before publishing anything (no release object, no assets, tap untouched). Write the notes to `$RUNNER_TEMP` and pass that path to `--release-notes`.
The v1.0.0 tag will be deleted and re-cut from main once this lands, so the tagged commit carries the fixed workflow.
Post-Deploy Monitoring & Validation
Validation is the re-cut v1.0.0 release run: six archives + checksums.txt published, release body equals the CHANGELOG [1.0.0] section, tap cask reads 1.0.0.
