Consolidates the open Dependabot updates in one go, so the five separate PRs can close:
On top of that it reverts TypeScript to
~5.4.5:@angular-devkit/build-angular@17requires TypeScript<5.5, so the frontend-group bump alone would break the build.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
