Feature request: Remove clanTimestampsStartupRefresh service #1016

What do you want to see in the API?

Remove clanTimestampsStartupRefresh.service.ts from src/clan.

How do you think this should work?

Remove all the imports to clanTimestampsStartupRefresh.service.ts from clan.module.ts (it's also present as a provider, of course) and the clanTimestampsStartupRefresh.service.ts itself, too.

Any additional info?

clanTimestampsStartupRefresh.service.ts was a temporal solution only at the time.
