chore(release): prepare Testnet deployment

Summary

• make landing copy consistently use TAZ and label the decorative QR as a preview
• run idempotent database migrations before Vercel builds
• document the Vercel and non-Vercel deployment paths

Verified

• 56 test suites; 141 passed, 1 intentionally skipped in the normal run
• format, lint, typecheck, secret scan, and production build pass
• five-method live QuickNode contract passes
• local PostgreSQL invoice creation and checkout pass
• free Neon database provisioned and migrated during a successful Vercel Preview build
• Preview /api/network returns live Zcash Testnet data
• Preview invoice creation persists successfully and demonstrates validateaddress, getblockchaininfo, and getblockcount

Still required before merge

• create separate customer and merchant Testnet wallets
• fund the customer with valueless TAZ
• complete and capture the real waiting → confirming → paid → receipt flow
• promote the verified build to production and complete the submission form
