SHVR 1.0

First open source release of SHVR.

It was compiled on Windows 10 (version 10.0.19045) with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 (version 16.11.26), using Qt 5.15.2 and chai3d 3.2.0.
The release supports haptic devices from the chai3d library. To check if your device is supported, please see the documentation in SHVR/external/chai3d-3.2.0/doc/html/chapter2-installation.html).

No 3D image datasets are included. You must provide one in the .raw or .tiff format.
