Full Stack Developer · Philadelphia, PA
I build workflow-driven web applications and internal tools, drawing on several years in EMS dispatch and operations management. Looking for a Junior / Associate Full Stack role where I can grow on a team.

Before moving into software, I worked in EMS dispatch and operations management — coordinating crews, schedules, and time-sensitive information under real operational pressure. That work taught me how structured processes, reliability, and clear information flow make or break a team.
I bring that perspective to development: I design software around real workflow problems rather than generic interfaces. My focus is internal tools, structured data entry, dashboards, and scheduling/dispatch systems. I completed the IBM Full Stack Software Developer certificate and build projects end to end — and I’m looking for a role where I can contribute to and learn from a full development team.
A substantial portfolio project: an EMS/NEMT operations platform built from firsthand dispatch and operations experience, engineered with a production-style architecture.
Key engineering
- Multi-tenant architecture with organization-scoped access and role-based authorization
- Authenticated field-level encryption (AES-256-GCM) with organization-scoped key management for sensitive data
- Realtime updates via Server-Sent Events, fanned across workers with Redis
- Containerized deployment: PostgreSQL, Redis, Gunicorn, and Nginx (Docker) — plus a standalone, offline-capable Windows desktop build (Electron + SQLite)
- Automated testing (pytest, Vitest, Playwright) with CI that applies database migrations and runs a full-stack smoke test on every push
- Workflow modules: call intake, live dispatch board, operational calendar & scheduling, crew planning, fleet, HR/time/payroll, tasks, notifications, and audit logging
