Active Items
Here is a list of all the active items along with some additional information if the item needs it.

While held, enemy projectiles will spawn with a red and blue tint.

Isaac will not take damage from tears of the same color as him.

Locust: Small red and blue locusts that deal 0.5x Isaac's damage.

Absorbs active items that don't have a special charge.

Isaac can cycle between absorbed items with the drop button.

Using Bag of Holding while an item is selected will use that item instead.

Charge time varies depending on the last item used and updates with every use.

Wisp: Spawns a wisp corresponding to the selected item.
- Weirdly enough, single use items do not trigger
ModCallbacks.MC_POST_TRIGGER_COLLECTIBLE_REMOVED, so those have been accounted for manually. - Glowing Hourglass is counted as a single use item because otherwise you would be able to use it infinitely.
- Bag of Holding accounts for the Mama Mega and Golden Bombs interaction.
- Weirdly enough, single use items do not trigger

Duplicates items into random ones from the current pool.

Items will become cursed, having a 25% chance of deleting one of your items.

Each cursed item picked up will increase that chance by 5%.

The chance will reset each floor.

Luck deacreases the deletion chance by 1% per 1 luck.

Car Battery: Triplicates items into random ones from the current pool.

Wisp: 35% chance of a wisp being deleted instead of an item, you can only have a max of 2 wisps.

Locust: 2 white locusts that deal normal damage.
- The curse does not delete story items, and can not delete the item that you just picked up.
- Deletion chance is capped at 20%, and is calculated after adding the picked up items, which means at 10 luck you can pick up 2 items and the chance would remain at 20%.
- The deletion chance of a cursed item is displayed in it's External Item Description and is calculated for the closest player to it.

Spawns 3 reels above Isaac.

Getting a line of 2 symbols gives Isaac a respective stat up.

Getting a line of 3 symbols spawns an item related to the respective stat.

Costs 7 coins per use.

First use: Stores the current item pool inside the die.

Second use: Rerolls items in the room into the stored item pool and removes it, allowing for another item pool to be stored.

Car Battery: Adds an extra item to the pedestals item cycle.
- Although untested, it should work with modded item pools, in which case the displayed icon will resemble the Steam icon.

Isaac swings the Katana in the direction he shoots, doing 0.8x Isaac's Damage.

Swings mark the last enemy hit.

Using the item gives Isaac a 1 second shield and teleports him behind the marked enemy, doing 5x Isaac's damage to enemies in between.

Locust: Gray locust that deals 3x Isaac's damage.
- There are some dedicated synergies for: Dr. Fetus, Epic Fetus, Proptosis, Lump of Coal, Holy Light, Ocular Rift, Tech Items and Brimstone.
- There's no easy way to use the Bone Club melee attack, so I resorted to just making my own messy workaround.

Turns a selected collectible into random variants of 1 Bomb, 1 Key and 1 Coin pickups.

1 in 5 chance of spawning a collectible from a random pool instead.

Sets Isaac's speed to 0.70.

+0.05 Speed every 5s.

Speed Ups get converted into equivalent Damage Multipliers.

Isaac dies after reaching max speed, which happens after ~10 minutes.
- Speed Ups acquired before using the item will also get converted.

On use, spawns an open Spellbook above Isaac.

Shooting in any direction will write to the Spellbook.

Casting the spell will mimic the use of a random item.

Writing the same spell will use the same item.

If the used item was a passive item, it will instead give it to Isaac for the rest of the floor.

Car Battery: Will cast the spells twice.

Wisp: Spawns a wisp corresponding to the selected item. (Active Items Only)
- The seed is based on the current run's seed, so playing on the same seed will give you the same items.
- The Spellbook is unable to roll into the Delirious active item because for some reason it crashes the game.
- You shouldn't be able to soft-lock yourself in the spell writing state, if you do, you should be able to just fully close the game and continue where you left off.
- Going over the writing cap will clear the written spell, allowing you to restart if you've made a mistake.
- If you play with a Keyboard you can press backspace to delete.

Destroys all pedestals and stores the highest quality among them.

If there is a quality stored, rerolls all items into the stored quality.

Car Battery: 15% chance to upgrade the quality when storing and rerolling items.

Wisp: Spawns the wisp of the destroyed item.
- Like Void, you can destroy the item you are holding. This does not work for rerolls.

Allows Isaac to collect all pickups instead of choosing between them.

Each pair of pickups consumes 1 charge.

The Lost: When used within a Devil Deal, Black Market, or the first room in the Dark Room, consumes all charges and makes all items free, allowing Isaac to pick up all the items.

I couldn't find a way of detecting if the player got hit by Esau or used the White Fireplace so I couldn't account for that.Turns out it was a Null Effect
