Drop a GLTF material override from a region the viewer no longer has - #640
LLGLTFMaterialList::applyOverrideMessage looks up the sending region by host and already skips the override when there is none, but it asserts first. An override can arrive on a neighbour's circuit after LLWorld has removed that region, or from a host that matches no region. In a build with asserts on, the assert shows a message box and the viewer dies. We hit it on the Lua Beta regions with several neighbours connected, twice six seconds apart and with no teleport.
This removes the assert and logs a warning (GLTF) when it drops an override. Queuing the override would not help: the region's object cache, where it would be stored, has already been removed.
Linden Lab's viewer and Firestorm still have the same llassert(region).
A GenericStreamingMessage carrying a material override can arrive on a
circuit whose region LLWorld has already removed (a neighbour dropped as
the agent moves), or from a host that matches no region. The function
already skipped the work when the lookup failed, but asserted first,
which in a build with asserts on shows a message box and kills the
viewer. Log the drop instead; the region's cache is gone with it, so
there is nothing to queue the override for.

Material overrides from unknown regions are now ignored with a warning instead of triggering an assertion.
The GLTF material override handler no longer asserts when the sender’s region is unknown. It drops the override and logs the sender host. Processing continues as before when the region exists.
AlchemyViewer/Alchemy#601: This PR removes departed regions from LLWorld, which can leave the override handler with an unknown sender region.

A rabbit watched the regions pass, An override arrived too late. The viewer logged its sender’s host, Then dropped the message at the gate. Known regions still proceed as planned.
