CatPaw loads project rules from .catpaw/rules/*.md with a YAML header; ruleType: Always applies a rule to every conversation (https://catpaw.meituan.com/guides/settings/rules). Generate an Always entry rule pointing at AGENTS.md, core/rules and the active Skill, plus the usual skills/agents reference copies, installed at the project root like the other dot-directory platforms.

  • constants: add catpaw to PLATFORMS and PLATFORM_DOT_DIRS
  • adapters: catpaw branch with frontmatter-first Always rule
  • generated adapters/catpaw/** committed via apw sync
  • README/README.zh-CN: platform lists, setup table, verified matrix row

Verified: apw init --platform catpaw puts .catpaw/ at the target root, validate and status pass, npm test 29/29.
