New production release of the Distordia DEX module, compatible with the NexusInterface v3.1.5.

Several bug fixes have been made, in addition to several new features:

• Holders list added to Overview tab
• Improved number formatting according to significant decimals for each token
• Unconfirmed created/executed orders now displaying in order lists until confirmed on-chain
• Simple trading chart in Chart & History tab
• Portfolio tab showing a summary of your accounts
• Success/error dialogs now displaying properly after order creation/execution
