Summary

Upgrades the repository's community templates to guide contributors to write detailed, high-quality pull request descriptions and structured documentation issue logs.

Changes Made

• Modified pull_request_template.md to add descriptive metadata headers, Checklists for compile status, accessibility, responsiveness verification, and sections for visual previews (GIFs/Screenshots).
• Created documentation.md under .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ supporting custom markdown blocks for area of docs, solution pitches, and context.

Testing

• Rendered templates on local markdown interpreters to verify clean visual layout blocks.

Impact

Improves repository contribution standards and accelerates PR triage time.
