What
Aligned the repository PR template with the organization Definition of Done while retaining the CLI/Action documentation and secrets checks.
Why
The repo-specific template lacked the shared implementation, reuse, and acceptance evidence prompts needed for consistent review.
How
Added How and Reuse sections, expanded Validation for criterion-linked contract or edge-case tests and documented gates on the current commit, and added the concise DoD checklist. Regenerated the Doc Bridge index and capabilities with
npm run docs:indexbecause the index includes this template.Validation
