What: Adds the default Renovate shareable preset and documents opt-in and migration guidance.
Why: Gives AgentsKit-io repositories one consistent weekly dependency policy while preserving repository-owned workspace discovery and human review for production and major updates.
How: Groups npm development patch/minor updates and GitHub Actions; enables platform automerge only for those development updates and GitHub Actions digest/patch/minor after checks; groups runtime patch/minor for review; keeps majors separate; pins Actions to digests; enables the dashboard; applies a three-day npm release age and widens library runtime ranges.
