Extend the SpecSafe evidence chain design with its place in the wider delivery architecture, and link it from the README so readers arrive at the assurance seam from the entry point rather than only from the docs index. Why: SpecSafe needs an explicit boundary statement now that Telar owns business intent, policy, identity, human authority and the normalized ledger, Ultimate Harness is the sole Run Control, and OMP Pantheon is the OMP Execution Adapter. Without it, SpecSafe's scope (repo-local assurance) is easy to misread as overlapping those systems.
