feat(memswe): npm scripts for mem0/Letta/Graphiti lifecycle smokes (AMB-65)

AMB-65 — pi-memswe adapter lifecycle smokes

Pairs with memswe deploy smoke harness PR.

What changed

• memswe:mem0-smoke, memswe:letta-smoke, memswe:graphiti-smoke, memswe:ams-smokes
• Letta smoke accepts LETTA_SERVER_PASSWORD as deploy-side alias for LETTA_API_KEY
• README note
