Browser-driven live testing for every meaningful PR

Tracks Linear AGE-45.

Goal

For every PR that touches UI or routes, exercise the running app through a real browser before merge.

Acceptance

• Run npm run dev after the standard verification block
• Use puppeteer to visit each affected screen, observe accessibility tree, drive one interaction
• Confirm seam chips reflect live state
• Failures surfaced before opening the PR
