Feature Request: Native Windows Support for Nebula

It would be great to have native Windows support for Nebula.

Currently, the installation uses a shell script, which is mainly intended for Linux/macOS. On Windows, users may need to use WSL or other workarounds.

It would be helpful to have a simple Windows installation option, such as a PowerShell installer or Windows executable, so Nebula can be installed and used directly from PowerShell, CMD, or Windows Terminal.

This would make Nebula much easier to set up and use on Windows.

I support this, OpenCode already supports windows, and a lot of work environments are Windows-only so supporting it is worth considering.
