Limits

• Root reachability is separate from application flow health. Redirects are not followed; authentication/challenge responses remain unknown/restricted.
• Analytics are sampled aggregates, not complete console/exception logs. Missing permissions, no traffic and stale observations are explicit.
• The full upstream Windows suite failed/hung and was interrupted. Reproduced unrelated fixture failures include short-vs-long path string comparison and EPERM creating a symlink; existing clone/ACP command fixtures also fail. No full-suite pass is claimed.
• Windows worker terminal processes do not persist through an Office process restart; provider resume behavior and Cline context limitations remain documented.
