…council meetings, Hermes provider, lobby - Evidence-first alert board (protocol, server, ws view, 2D/3D UI) with a research-feed loader that fails closed and never promotes UNKNOWN verdicts - Council meeting pattern: mandate-scoped councillors, challenge rounds, evidence-first decision output with replay - Hermes Agent provider adapter (model/effort passthrough, session resume intent) - Lobby hub with runtime-truth integration statuses (configured != live) - 11 new test files; full suite 635/635, typecheck, build green Known caveats (follow-ups): Hermes session-id capture/hook wiring needs a dedicated pass; research report path should become env-only upstream; lobby branding is deployment-specific.
