Adds OpenFate's public affiliate program with verified commission tiers, attribution window, payout cadence, and signup URL.

Hi Affitor maintainers, This is the current OpenFate submission; #83 was an older duplicate and has now been closed. The YAML follows the current registry schema and reflects the official program terms at https://openfate.ai/en/affiliate. The Program PR and CI workflows are awaiting maintainer approval, and the Vercel preview requires team authorization. Could you please approve the workflows and review this PR when convenient? Thank you. |
