Adds DotMoose, a Canadian hosting and infrastructure provider, to the registry.
Public program terms: 20% recurring on qualifying DotMoose-operated service revenue, 90-day WHMCS affiliate cookie, 30-day validation hold, and C$25 minimum available balance for withdrawal requests. Software/licence costs, domains, taxes, product addons, usage billing, and excluded pass-through charges are non-commissionable.
