feat: add Protoface affiliate program

Summary

• Add Protoface to the OpenAffiliate registry as a FirstPromoter-managed AI affiliate program.
• Record the hybrid commission as 100% of the first Studio Unlimited payment plus 25% recurring on the next 11 monthly payments.
• Keep 25% as the comparable commission value while preserving the 100% first-payment bonus in the rate, conditions, and description.
• Link to the public affiliate page and include the published program restrictions.
