Thank you for building and maintaining OpenAffiliate. I'm currently evaluating the project for a branded affiliate discovery website and would like to clarify the licensing terms before building further on top of it.
I noticed that the current README states that the project is MIT licensed, but the repository currently does not appear to contain a LICENSE file.
While reviewing the repository history, I also found that commit 6401a95 previously included a LICENSE file that distinguished between:
the repository source code: MIT License
the YAML program data under programs/: CC BY-SA 4.0
the OpenAffiliate name and logo: not permitted for use in another product without permission
That LICENSE file was later removed in commit 85a94bb (sync: from pro@8e588ef).
Could you please clarify the current intended licensing terms?

Is the current OpenAffiliate web application/source code licensed under the MIT License?
Program dataset
What is the current license for the YAML files in programs/?
Is it MIT, CC BY-SA 4.0, or another license?
Commercial branded forks
Is it permitted to fork and modify OpenAffiliate and deploy a commercial website under a completely different brand, without using the OpenAffiliate name or logo?
Dataset attribution / ShareAlike
If the programs/ dataset remains under CC BY-SA 4.0, what attribution do you expect from downstream projects, and which derivative/generated data should remain available under CC BY-SA 4.0?
If possible, it would also be very helpful to restore or add an up-to-date LICENSE file to the repository so that downstream users have a clear source of truth.
