NeClip settings currently spread a small clipboard/snippet utility over five destinations and expose duplicate history-limit controls. This change consolidates them into General, Privacy and Data, keeps active shortcut hints and permission recovery visible, and puts rarely changed options behind full-row disclosures. Existing preferences and database schemas remain unchanged.
Also fixes plain-text file paste returning stored JSON/file objects, and Settings reopening the hidden About page. Backup restore now explains replacement and allows cancellation; one transactional shortcut reset handles swapped keys. Storage trimming drops an unused SUM, unchanged search application menus keep their native items, and two unused storage helpers are removed.
Validation: named-pasteboard regression reproduced the old failure; new tests cover readable paths/legacy files/rollback, settings navigation, swapped shortcuts and menu-item identity. Strict debug/release, AddressSanitizer/ThreadSanitizer, site/SEO tests and full-history secret scan pass. Isolated native UI verified three sections, 350-item persistence, Escape cancellation, full-label disclosure activation, minimum window size, About return and backup cancellation. Synthetic warmed trim at 1,000 rows: median 0.155917 → 0.102042 ms; this is not total UI latency.
Version is 3.0.2/build57 candidate. Verified public links remain on immutable3.0.1 until the merged source is signed/notarized and the new public archives are independently verified. No protection bypass or changes to existing immutable releases.
