Publish NeClip3.0.1/build56 website and documentation metadata from the already immutable release and independently downloaded, verified DMG/ZIP. All artifact pins, source commit, sizes and links agree; current copy explains simpler settings, safe sequential paste and background data counts. Retire the fixed sequential-paste issue from current backlog while preserving historical release evidence.
Exact binary source:8a76c079d53ead5876f7efff4288ffdf621367e5 (PR78). No app-source changes in this PR. Public archives and sidecars match local bytes; signature, stapler and Gatekeeper pass for public ZIP and mounted DMG. Site14/45 and SEO18/52 pass; source/history secret scan clean. Pages/live and installed-app checks follow separately.
