NeClip remains a clipboard-history and snippet utility. This follow-up removes unused menu helpers and duplicated controls, displays exact custom history limits and truthful permission/update state, and moves the Data section's count queries off main without loading every snippet summary.
Sequential paste now gives each operation unique ownership: overlapping requests cannot write the same item concurrently, and delayed completions after reset/expiry cannot advance a newer request. Failures release ownership for retry. No schema changes or broad preference resets; clipboard images/files and user data remain intact.
Validation: strict debug/release, ASan and TSan each pass 286 XCTest (9 expected skips) plus 4 Swift Testing checks. Site14/45 and SEO18/52 pass; detector canaries, publishable tree and full Git history scan clean. Isolated native settings/history UI smoke passes. Synthetic warmed release count query on 2,000 snippets: p50 4.747625 -> 0.017708 ms; not an end-to-end UI claim.
Candidate3.0.1/build56. Public downloads remain pinned to verified3.0.0 until immutable signed assets are published. See docs/MINIMAL-PRODUCT-AUDIT-3.0.1.md for scope and limits.
