NeClip 3.0.0 removes screenshot capture/editing and keyboard-layout correction, switching and per-app memory. The app now focuses on clipboard history (including images/files) and snippets, with three global shortcuts and five settings sections. Removed subsystem permissions and 15 production files; startup cleans only 14 named obsolete preferences without changing user databases or retained settings.
Validation: strict debug/release, ASan and TSan each passed 283 XCTest (8 opt-in skips) plus 4 Swift Testing checks. Isolated native settings/history/snippet-menu smoke retained the legacy fixture. Website/SEO contracts and source/full-history secret scans passed. Existing overlapping sequential-paste P2 remains outside this removal scope.
This PR pins a 3.0.0/build55 source candidate. Public downloads remain 2.8.8 until exact merged source is signed/notarized and immutable artifacts are verified; website/product claims will follow in the release metadata PR.
