Publish download metadata for immutable NeClip 2.8.8/build 54, built from PR #73 merge

README, Pages, update manifest, project/roadmap/changelog and release evidence now reference the independently verified DMG and ZIP.6bf16a132261d66926e7b327e835dd0ee526e477d19d8907b207a7f2ea164d74.e33fe900103f5999928054f4de8535ab74d8f1ceab53df6fbaf130327c12ae38.Both archives and checksum sidecars were uploaded before publication. Public downloads match local files and sidecars; signature, stapler and Gatekeeper passed again for the public ZIP and mounted DMG app. Source/history/artifact secret scans passed. Site 14 tests/45 assertions and SEO 13/37 passed; all eight pages retain canonical/JSON-LD and project attribution. Runtime remains the already released source; Pages/README byte parity will be checked after deploy.
The release evidence records physical isolated UI checks, sanitizer results, reproducible narrow clipboard-preparation measurements and unverified hardware/permission/VoiceOver scenarios.
