04ab613aeb677a78b206af4277ef8bb458d1b8eain both Ubuntu and Windows CI. The failing assertion isREADME has durable assets and canonical public repository URLs; it rejectsgithub.com/user-attachments/assets. This change removes the sole offending URL and does not touch source, package metadata, thev0.3.0tag, or the published release.
