Summary

Third batch of corrections from a documentation audit:

  • Outdated examples: Updated archive folder years from 2012/2013 to 2024/2025, and naming scheme examples from 2015 to 2025 — the decade-old dates signal the doc hasn't been reviewed recently (best-practice-how-to-organize-your-programs.md)
  • Title typo: Fixed missing space in frontmatter title — "Best Practice -How" → "Best Practice - How" (best-practice-how-to-organize-your-programs.md)
  • DKIM key size guidance upgraded: Changed from [!TIP] to [!IMPORTANT] and added context that RSA-1024 keys are no longer accepted by most major ISPs — this is now a compliance requirement, not a suggestion (set-up-a-custom-dkim-signature.md)
  • Typo: Fixed "GIves" → "Gives" capitalization (descriptions-of-role-permissions.md)

Test plan

  • Verify the best-practice program organization page renders correctly with updated years
  • Confirm the DKIM page shows the key size note as an IMPORTANT callout
