This PR adds the intro back to the ACCS REST schema. It was previously overwritten.

I've made another PR to the Magento-OpenAPI-Transformer repo to ensure this intro is inserted when the JSON is transformed to YAML: commerce-docs/magento-openapi-transformer#14
I've also made changes to update the title and version number
