Replace the mixed floating navigation and glass panels with the selected editorial workspace: ivory surfaces, forest green accents, serif headings, labeled top navigation, and consistent page headers across public pages and dashboard tools. The overview now shows saved applications, interview preparation links, follow-ups, and document counts with loading, empty, and retry states.
Validation: formatting/lint, TypeScript, the complete test suite with coverage, and production build. Browser checks covered public and available dashboard screens at 1440, 1024, 390, and 320px, plus mobile navigation and the application tracker's sign-in redirect. Authenticated generation was not exercised because the AI key is unconfigured.
Stack: based on #9; the AI Gateway migration will be a separate PR above this branch. The three standalone design concepts are retained under design-previews/ for reference.
